Are you passionate about long term condition and supporting patients with diabetes, and teams to develop and improve patient care? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the the diabetes and endocrine team, a friendly, dynamic and highly motivated team that are involved in diabetes care across the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust sites, teaching program for staff on the wards. Support with Trust staff induction program.
Main duties of the job
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Diabetes team at the RBHFT. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse with strong commitment. He or she must have a genuine interest in Bariatric and/or Diabetes. Good communications skills are a must alongside a flexible and forward thinking attitude.
A minimum of two years experience in an acute setting with ENB 998 and ENB 928 or equivalent Diabetes course is essential.
