An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and well organised individual to join the Specialised Cancer Services Reception Team at Weston Park Hospital.
The team support our clinical colleagues with running the receptions across the hospital as well as the transport department.
Mon to Fri - two roles one at 37.5 hours and one at 30 hours
Main duties of the job
To provide a friendly and efficient reception of patients, visitors and staff attending the Radiotherapy, and Outpatient Departments at Weston Park Hospital.
To carry out general administrative duties, and ensure that all clinical and nursing staff are supported.
To book patient appointments and to ensure that all clinical activity is recorded accurately on the Trust's patient administration system on the day of activity. To ensure that all patients are added to the appropriate waiting or review list, so that no patients are 'lost to follow up"
