Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and supportive MSK Therapy Services Teams based at the Northern General Hospital and the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. The teams provide a reception and administrative service to the patients attending Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy as well as to the MSK Therapy staff.
This post would be based at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, but also may be required at the Northern General Hospital so flexibility would be essential.
Applicants will have experience of working with the public and in a team environment. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to organise your time and workload efficiently and work on your own initiative.
Basic keyboard skills and a working knowledge of computers is an essential requirement. Appropriate training would be given to the post holders along with regular support sessions.
Main duties of the job
To contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective administrative service within the Department. The NHS administrative workforce are focused on the ultimate outcome of quality hospital and patient care and have high standards when it comes to liaising with any person the service comes into contact with.
