Our Domestic Service Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout Community and the Hospitals of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust.

We are looking to fill 2 posts currently vacant at one of our larger Community sites, Central Health Clinic in the city centre. This is base for our Pre-op service along with some GP practices.

Post details are;

  • Post 1 - Early mornings, 15hrs per week, Mon to Fri, 6am to 9am
  • Post 2 - Evenings, 17.5hrs per week, Mon to Fri, 4.30pm to 8pm

Main duties of the job

Both posts will be required to undertake a range of domestic duties, for example maintaining a high standard of cleanliness using modern cleaning methods and machinery, full training will be provided.

The post may at times be required to attend to the cleaning of bodily fluids together with barrier cleaning and when competent in the role you will be required to buddy with new staff members.
