The successful applicant will be supporting the Pharmacy Clinical Trials team in the delivery of both commercially and non-commercially sponsored studies, ensuring all current legislation, MHRA guidelines and Good Clinical Practice standards are met. Improving patient care through research and innovation is vital to everything we do. The post holder must be able to work with medical and nursing staff and other health care professionals.

Main duties of the job

You will have a varied role which will include clinical trial set-up, maintenance and close-down activities, ordering, receipt and accountability of clinical trial stock, monitoring of storage areas, writing and reviewing standard operating procedures and administrative work. You will be required to communicate with a wide range of professionals via telephone, email and face-to face.

No previous experience in clinical trials is needed as full training will be provided.

About us

You will be working for an organisation which values and respects all of its staff and the community it serves.
