This role will be jointly responsible for the management of all no-clinical services in the neurosciences directorate, providing line management and leadership to a portfolio of the non-clinical staff.

The role reports directly to the deputy Operations Director and will provide critical leadership for the directorate. You will be at the heart of service delivery. driving performance improvement and working closely with the Clinical Leads, Clinical Director and a talented clinical team to shape the future of care.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be jointly responsible for management of all non-clinical services in the directorateproviding line management and leadership to a portfolio of the non-clinical staff. In collaboration with theMatron and Clinical Lead, they will ensure that resources are available and utilised effectively to providehigh standards of service, teaching and research, in this patient-centred environment. The post holderwill be responsible for attainment of financial, activity & waiting time targets.
