Job summary

We are looking for someone who is seeking a new challenge to work in a fast-paced environment, at the heart of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, to deliver a first class personal assistant and business management service to our Chief Operating Officer.

You must have extensive experience of providing personal assistant or senior administrative support at Executive Director level, preferably in an NHS organisation, and be able to use your own initiative and judgement. The role requires you to have great communication skills, be proactive and confident, and be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite. We are looking for someone who is resilient and able to react calmly when dealing with multiple tasks that need to be delivered within tight timeframes.

You must be someone who shares and demonstrates the Trust's PROUD values in all situations.

Main duties of the job

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer and their team, providing an efficient, confidential and comprehensive personal assistant service.

The closing date for applications is 3 March 2025.

This will be a two stage recruitment process.
