We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead the Centralised Business Admin Team and Flexible Workforce Band 3 Admin Teams. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Operational Support Manager (OSM) to deliver high-quality central management support functions, focusing on performance, administration, and coordination.
You will be part of the Combined Community & Acute Care Group, one of the largest care groups within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. With three directorates spanning acute and community services across primary and secondary care, this care group is at the forefront of developing innovative, integrated ways of working.
The Directorate of Integrated Community Care focuses on delivering seamless care for patients with needs that cross primary, community, intermediate, and acute care, aligning with the organisation's commitment to integration and excellence in patient care.

Main duties of the job
- Provide leadership and oversight on administrative matters within these services, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the coordination, management, and support of administration staff, ensuring effective teamwork and operational success.
