Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Housekeeper on Robert Hadfield 4 at the Northern General Hospital. This vital role ensures the cleanliness and organisation of the ward, contributing to patient care and comfort.

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and high cleanliness standards.

You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and a professional approach.

GRaDE Care Group is comprised of 3 clinical directorates:

Diabetes and EndocrinologyGastroenterology and HepatologyRespiratory Medicine

All three directorates operate on the Northern and Central campus' although the acute admitting base for all of the specialties is at the Northern General Hospital. The Care Group has 11 acute base wards at the Northern General Hospital and one acute and one elective base ward at the Central Campus. Outpatient services operate on both campus' and are supported by the Patient Booking Hub at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
