Job summary
Provide administrative assistance to the Stroke Pathway Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre based at Beech Hill Rehabilitation Unit.
To ensure efficient and effective support to the services.
To be the first point of contact for patients and visitors entering SPARC, and to always present a professional and friendly manner.
To consistently deliver a patient focused service, which provides good customer service and effective working relationships along the Stroke Pathway.
To work closely with the other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the services at all times.
Main duties of the job
To provide a strictly confidential administrative service to the Stroke Pathway Assessment andRehabilitation Centre (SPARC), Community Stroke Service (CSS) and Intermediate Care Beds (ICB).
To be competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well asTrust systems including SystmOne and Lorenzo.
To be responsible for ordering supplies using the in-house ordering system (Integra/Web Basket).
To provide administrative support to the Interface office as part of the SPARC/ICB service asrequired, accurately inputting data into Excel spreadsheets and SystmOne.
To maintain spreadsheets and databases as appropriate and present accurate information about the services.
