Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Science Assistant within the Neurophysiology service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, organised candidate, who has good interpersonal and communication skills.
To provide assistance in a complex, highly specialist Clinical Neurophysiology service to patients of all ages with neurological or psychiatric disorders from across the region.
We are a busy, friendly team performing investigations on both adults and children working at different sites across the region.
Main duties of the job
To assist consultant neurophysiologists and healthcare scientists in clinics ensuring patients are well cared for, equipment is cleaned and the rooms are well stocked. Assistance with applying scalp electrodes when required and a playmate for children attending for procedures.
