Full time opportunities are available covering a range of working patterns including evenings and weekends, and include both permanent and fixed terms positions. You'll also also have a choice of working locations, including our sites at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Northern General Hospital, Jessops Maternity Hospital, Weston Park Hospital, Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and Community Services.

Main duties of the job
What you'll do day-to-day will depend on which role you want to apply for. As a Receptionist or Clerk you could be welcoming patients and helping with their appointments, helping keep records and data up-to-date as Health Records staff, answering and transferring phone calls as a Switchboard Operator, supporting senior managers as a Personal Assistant or Medical Secretary, or a combination of all of these in a broader Admin or Clerical Officer role.
