Main duties of the job
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for the day to day pharmacy service provided to SPARC and also leading Medicines management Technicians and assistants within the rest of the stroke pathway within STH. They will be required to confidently work across professional boundaries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Some previous experience with stroke patients is desirable but not essential, and a high level of expertise in an alternative clinical area would meet the essential criteria.
You will contribute to the pharmacy departmental service and the out of hours service as per standard commitment.
