We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our expanding pharmacy team. The team at Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust comprises of approximately 500 pharmacy staff working across five sites and is one of the biggest pharmacy departments in the country.

Main duties of the job

  • To maintain clinical pharmacy services to patients requiring parenteral nutrition across STH in accordance with the objectives set by the Consultant Pharmacist TPN.
  • To deliver, organise, prescribe, and advise on the provision of TPN to patients within STH.
  • To provide a small element of clinical pharmacy practice at advanced level within a surgical specialty.
  • To contribute to the clinical pharmacy services including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

  • Suitable post-registration experience including experience within parenteral nutrition and surgery
