Job summary
To provide a flexible, high quality clerical and receptionist support to the CCA Estates Team. The reception areas within our estates is the first point of contact for clients and visitors entering the unit and therefore must reflect the high quality of care that the Trust provides.
Please note this advertisement is for both full time and part time opportunities.
Main duties of the job
- To act as a receptionist at the CCA Estates units - to meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner and direct all visitors as appropriate.
- To provide an efficient telephone answering service in a professional and helpful manner.
- To maintain spread sheets and databases as appropriate in order to collect relevant data when required.
- Receive and action invoices in a timely manner.
- To action correspondence both paper and electronic and ensure that it is handled and responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
- Scanning documents as required.
