Job summary
We are looking to appoint 2x Full Time Specialty Doctor in (non-surgical) Oncology, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust based at Weston Park Hospital, Sheffield. Weston Park Hospital is the specialist cancer centre, serving the hospitals and population of the North Trent Cancer Network. The successful candidate may be expected to work at both Weston Park Cancer Centre and our partner District General Hospitals/Off Site clinics.
This is a Fixed Term post for two years designed to support the breast cancer service (1 post) and the uro-oncology service (1 post) aligned to the service needs and in discussion with the Clinical Director to offer career progression opportunity for the appointee. Clinical duties will be based at Weston Park Hospital in Sheffield as well as our neighbouring District General Hospitals.
There will be opportunity for the successful applicant to also gain clinical experience in other areas of work for a CESR application.

- Medical Degree from a recognised UK or overseas university or institution
- Qualifications required for post e.g., MRCP /FRCR or equivalent
- Full registration with the General Medical Council with a licence to practice
