Job summary

The role of InfoFlex system manager is to be responsible for the maintenance, support and improvement of the InfoFlex clinical application.

Main duties of the job

Supporting users with issues.

Maintaining the application environment.

Maintaining and developing safe processes to support the smooth and efficient running of the application.

Take the lead in planning and delivering system updates and enhancements.

Note you may be required at any time to attend any of the STH physical sites to provide on site support.

The Informatics Directorate is responsible for ensuring the operation of secure and confidential systems, the provision of high quality information and records to support patient care, clinical governance and performance management. It is also responsible for developing the Trust's Health Informatics Strategy and for delivering the Trusts Information and Technology Strategy.

The Directorate is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and supporting the full IT infrastructure (including networks, servers, storage, PCs), integration, in-house as well as managing key Systems such as ICE, ICP, EDMS and InfoFlex. It provides specialist advice not available elsewhere within the Trust on implementation and management of information technology resources and systems.
