Job summary

To provide an efficient, confidential and comprehensive personal assistant service to the Medical Director (Operations) and collaboratively support the work of the Medical Directors' Office.

To demonstrate excellent organisational and secretarial skills and have the ability to work independently, under pressure, using discretion and judgement.

Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Medical Director (Operations).

To effectively manage the diary of the Medical Director (Operations).

To work collaboratively with the Personal Assistant to the Medical Director (Development) and the Secretary to the Deputy Medical Directors and support the Medical Directors' Office.

  • Experience working in a busy environment
  • Experience of dealing with the general public
  • Experience of setting up paper and software-based information systems
