Take a strategic leadership role across all specialties to enhance the working experience of IMGs across all grades from recruitment through to induction, first weeks in the role and onwards, evaluating IMG experiences.

Ensure LED posts are financially supported by the organisation, including provision of adequate time and funding to enable professional development, eportfolio completion, appraisal and career advice.

In collaboration with the SAS Lead, develop a system of quality metrics to inform LED support and training, ensuring there are systems in place to monitor progress and facilitate development of LED trainers and supervisors.
