The Surgical Services Care Group consists of three directorates - Urology, General Surgery and Plastics and Breast Reconstructive Surgery
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and suitably experienced nurse, to join our progressive Endocrine/Sarcoma Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist team and to develop their skills and knowledge in this field.
Main duties of the job
To deliver high quality patient care, acting as a role model for nursing practice across the specialty and Trust.
Provide clinical nursing advice and education within Endocrine and Sarcoma Surgery.
Act as a source of advice and knowledge for patients, carers and healthcare professionals with Endocrine and Sarcoma services and oncology.
To work within the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of optimal care throughout all aspects of the patients care pathway and in all clinical settings.
