Job description
Job responsibilities
Youll be involved in everything from juggling diary commitments to taking minutes, organising meetings to collating reports, preparing agendas and meeting packs to organising travel; and making the odd cuppa for guests!
This is a busy role where the ability to prioritise and plan your time effectively is essential. Youll have exposure to confidential information so it is important that you are sensitive to this. You'll ideally have done some PA work before, be organised and practical, a real team player and someone who thrives on multitasking.
This role has come up through an internal promotion of our current PA; we're very happy to support personal development and offer opportunities for broader exposure within the hospital. We are offering 30 hours per week which can be split over 4 or 5 days.
