We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking housekeeper to join our team who will work across neonatal services. You will be an integral part of the team ensuring a clean, safe environment for our families at all times. Due to our expansion we are looking to expand the housekeeping team who will work across neonatal intensive care and our brand new woodland ward special care baby unit.

Job responsibilities
1. Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards, ensuring the thorough cleanliness of the ward and family facilities
2. Ensure general and specialist equipment are cleaned as per hospital policy (e.g. incubators, overhead cots etc).
3. supporting the clinical team with stocking up, washing baby clothes and sheets, general tidying and cleaning of the family and staff areas.3. Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work under non-direct supervision.
4. Have a flexible approach within this role and be able to respond appropriately to the demands of an everchanging workload.
5. Requirement to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends on a rota system.
