Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly team in Trauma & Orthopaedics at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS).
Working as part of a dedicated, diverse and friendly team you will have the training and opportunities for development as we continue our journey of improving together.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with great attention to detail to support the Medical Staffing Coordinatorwith medical rotas. The role will also include other aspects of data entry and reporting across other hospital systems.

You will be able to communicate effectively with Senior Managers, Consultants and other Medical Staff.

- To maintain a medical staffing rota with a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
- To ensure the correct allocation of Consultants/Doctors annual leave.
- Data input onto hospital systems and reporting.
- Update rotas and Healthroster accordingly.

- Knowledge of medical terminology

- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)
