Main duties of the job

You will have strong customer service and communication skills and have patience in dealing with non-technical end users. Previous user support experience would be an advantage in this position, as you must be able to plan and organise a variety of tasks with differing priorities.You will get satisfaction from helping others and sharing information, knowledge and skills over the phone
