Main duties of the job
YOUR MAIN DUTIES
This appointment is for Senior Clinical Fellows in Haematology, based at Southampton General Hospital. You will join the department of Clinical Haematology and participate in the management of patients with haematological disorders. You will work within consultant-led subspecialty teams, alongside specialty registrars. There may be the option to contribute to the haematology on-call rota depending on experience.
The posts are open to individuals with experience in internal medicine and/or clinical haematology
Southampton has a comprehensive research active Clinical Haematology department, incorporating Oncological Haematology, Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy, Transfusion Medicine, Haemoglobinopathies, General and Immune Haematology and Haemostasis & Thrombosis services.
