Job summary

Care Group ManagersDue to promotions, we are looking for experienced operational leaders to join our trust and support our high performing and cohesive divisional teams.

We are looking for collaborative and compassionate leaders who are keen to develop their senior operational skills and experience with us. These roles are an excellent platform from which to lead the success of our key clinical services in Southampton - and across the region - and develop your senior operational leadership career.

We have a number of care group opportunities ahead - what we are looking for are motivated and flexible individuals who are keen to develop senior operational experience and jointly lead a care group.

Your ResponsibilitiesWhat youll do Oversee the operational delivery of all services in your care group to ensure safe care and effective use of all resources.

Operational management responsibility for a wide group of internal and external stakeholders including specialty lead clinicians, matrons, operational managers within the care group - and across the Trust.
