Job summary
This is an opportunity to join the regional Thoracic Surgical Team at Southampton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.You will work closely with 5 other Consultant Thoracic Surgeons in an established high volume centre that is focused in minimally invasive surgery.
The department serves a population of 2.9 million, treating in excess of 1400 patients a year with a full range of adult and paediatric services except transplantation. There is an established robotic programme. We ranked as the provider with the highest percentage of lung cancer surgery performed by minimally invasive means with the shortest length of stay.
