Job summary

We are looking for an Apprentice HR Adviser to join our CIPD award winning team. You will work within the Policy and Reward team and will also have the opportunity to work across the wider HR team including with our HR Business Partners.

No two days will be the same and we are looking for someone who is adaptable and can manage their time efficiently. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of HR projects which will benefit both managers and our staff across the Trust.

Our Policy and Reward team lead on HR policy for the Trust and are responsible for projects which cover pay, job evaluation, reward, staff benefits and staff experience.

This is a two year fixed term role aligned to completion of the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management apprenticeship. If you already have your Level 5 we're happy to discuss a Level 7 qualification if feasible. Once you've completed your apprenticeship we're confident there will be opportunities for you in our large team.
