Job summary

The recruitment team at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic apprenticeship opportunity for a customer focussed, friendly and enthusiastic individual who wants to start their career within HR.

You'll join the team as an apprentice recruitment administrator, giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn whilst studying towards a highly recognised professional qualification.

Please note this position is for 37.5 hours per week, during term-time you will be allocated 6 hours per week study time towards your course.

ABOUT THE TEAM

This role sits within the Medical Recruitment team, which co-ordinates the employment and recruitment of doctors. The service supports effective management and deployment of senior and junior medical staff including locum medical staff in order to support the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.

Main duties of the job

You will deliver a timely, accurate and customer focused service, supporting with the coordination of the entire recruitment process.

In your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to respond appropriately to our standard medical HR queries, work through a range of processes, and provide relevant advice in your area of expertise.
