Job summary

The Radiology Care Group Management Team are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated individual to join them to provide administrative support for the Care Group.

The Radiology Care Group has approximately 400 staff from a range of professions including medical, nursing, administrative, AHP and scientists. You will be part of this friendly team primarily working alongside the Care Group Manager and Clinical Lead and also supporting the wider Management Team, including the Care Group Clinical Lead, Head of Radiography and Radiology Operational Manager.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

Essential

  • Good standard of secondary education with English skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard
  • NVQ level 4 in business admin or equivalent level of experience
  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant or in business administration
  • Working as part of a team and independently

Desirable

  • Experience within an Acute Trust or other healthcare sector
  • Previous experience of working in an extremely busy environment
  • Budget holding experience
