Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy dynamic team within Cancer Care. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of Doctors Administrative Assistants. This role encompasses speciality clinical areas for Medical Oncology, Clinical Oncology and Haematology and is a full-time permanent position.
This role is pivotal in working with the multi-disciplinary teams within Cancer Care, working closely with doctors and ANPs on a daily basis. Post holders are required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the medical team and facilitate administrative tasks in the ward environment. This includes ensuring all patient information is up to date and transcribed appropriately on the doctor's work list, and to pre-populate the e-discharge summaries.
