Job summary
This is an exciting time to join the University Hospital Southampton.We have revamped our Trust strategy embarking on an ambitious programme of organisational change and transformation to support its delivery of world-class care.
This project manager position will work with the Head of the Medical Directorate and Clinical Programme Manager, within The Clinical Programme Team to oversee the delivery of the programme of transformation work in the Medical directorate, supporting the delivery of the vision 'world-class care for everyone'. Our programme covers both internal and externally networked service improvement projects.
Specifically this role will use expert transformation skills to support the clinical transformation programmes within the clinical strategy.
The post will work alongside the Strategy, Partnerships and Transformation teams to deliver improvement programmes. We are committed to working hand in hand with our world-class people delivering world-class care and outcomes for our patients.
The team works flexibly with a mix of full-time and part-time team members, and permanent and seconded staff for specific programs. You will be provided with ample opportunity to learn about a range of services, and apply different improvement methods.
