Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice HR Administrator to join our HR operations team.

With over 12,000 staff employed at our trust, the HR Administrator role is vital in ensuring contractual queries and changes are completed with 100% accuracy and compliance; along with ensuring pay queries are responded to in a timely manner.

Primarily focusing on the internal hire process alongside various essential data cleanse reports; there will also be opportunities to be involved in more project-driven pieces of work as they arise, covering our reception function and being involved in the overall onboarding process of our new starters.

  • Good standard of general education (i.e. 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths, or capable of achieving English and Maths GCSE or equivalent)

Previous or relevant experience necessary

  • Capable of using Word and Excel to an intermediate level

  • Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Experience or a payroll system
  • Experience in an administrative environment
