An exciting opportunity has arisen to join UHS Maternity Services E-Rostering Team. As E-Rostering Administrator you will be required to create and update electronic rosters for all teams within the Maternity Service. This role promises to provide a broad overview of the principles and practices associated with good E-Rostering and safe staffing.

The Maternity E-Roster Team comprises a small team of staff members who are skilled in both the creation and maintenance of rosters for all employees working within UHS Maternity Services. As a fluid and transient maternity system, with clinical situations that remain unpredictable, the members of the E-Roster Team must be responsive and adaptable to staffing requirements that are ever changing. As such, the role demands E-Roster Team members to be both adaptable and flexible to service needs, however the benefits of such will guarantee a real sense of team working and achieving positive outcomes.

This role is for 30 hours per week. .The E-Rostering Team work 5 days a week (Mon- Fri) to ensure that daily support is available across the Maternity Service.
