Job summary
Exciting new role to join the award-winning ePrescribing support team at University Hospital NHS FT. You will be a key member of the ePrescribing team working closely with system users and service providers to deliver system support to the Trust.
We are looking for an individual with good verbal and written communication skills who enjoys supporting individuals with system access and use.
Pharmacy IMT team as a whole consist of 3 specialist areas that include ePrescribing team, High Cost Drug team and Pharmacy IMT.
The ePrescribing team has 3 different shift patterns of early shift, mid shift and late shift which translate to core working hours of between 0800 to 2000 Monday to Friday with weekend and on call commitment.
The team works closely together with clinicians and nursing staff in order to provide an ePrescribing system which improves clinical practice, medication safety, reduces paperwork thus releasing time for improved patient care and creates opportunities.

- Numerate and literate in English - e.g. GCSE in Maths and English Language A* to C or equivalent

- One of the following additional pharmacy qualifications - Accredited Checking PT (ACPT), Pre and In Processing Checking , TAQA assessor at or achievable within 18 months of appointment:
- Completed APTUK Foundation Framework
- Management Training
- Other relevant pharmacy qualifications e.g. ACPT, PIPC, Medicines
