Job summary
JOB OVERVIEW
This is an opportunity for an administrator to support our public health team to deliver care in relation to vaccination and smoking cessation for our maternity service. In addition to daily support for the team you will assist in the collation and recording of data for vaccination and smoking cessation and will be involved in arranging and taking minutes at relevant meetings.

The vaccination clinic service includes the flu vaccine, as pregnant women are at increased risk of getting serious complications from flu. The second vaccination is pertussis (whooping cough) a serious disease for mothers and babies.
The operating hours for the vaccination clinic are Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30.

You will be familiar with Microsoft systems and knowledge of NHS systems is desirable, although full training and development will be available for the successful candidate.
Southampton Maternity Services is a busy environment and proven experience in a fast paced customer focused role with previous front of house experience is essential.
