Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an OD/Diversity and Inclusion specialist to lead the UHS EDI programme for a 14 month period to cover maternity leave, and launch our newly developed EDI Strategy. This important role will lead on the delivery the EDI strategy and plan which will ensure we achieve our ambitions under the "Belong" elements of the UHS People Strategy 2022/26.

The OD and Inclusion team sit within the wider UHS People Directorate. Importantly, you will work in collaboration with OD and Inclusion team members and alongside other leaders across UHS and our staff networks to embed the actions related to inclusion, talent, leadership development and belonging within our work programme for 2022 and 2023. You wlll also work closely with colleagues across Hampshire and IOW ICS on the wider priorites acoss the area.

A secondment or "stepping up" opportunity would be considered for this role.
