Job summary

Join us as our new Head of Organisational Development (OD) and youll play a key role in making University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust a great place to work, whilst developing and supporting your own career progression, and those around you.

This is a new role for the organisation and demonstrates the commitment we have for staff engagement, leadership development and wellbeing. Over the last year we have developed and extended the support we can offer individuals and teams, but we want to develop this further. Our focus will be on empowering every manager to support the wellbeing and development of their staff.

You will be creating a community where people can feel that they belong and can bring their best selves to work. This is a great opportunity to provide OD leadership and support the strategic direction of the UHS leadership team, operational managers and front-line teams.
