Job summary

Are you passionate about working with adults with complex needs in the community?

We strive to provide an evidence based service and to ensure that all service users are valued, listened to and receive high quality personalised care. The team members include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners and support workers, also working closely with GPs, district nurses and the voluntary sector.

You will have a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered. You should possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills, be a good communicator and able to prioritise and work well as a member of a team. An induction period and supernumerary support will be given.
