Job description

Job responsibilities

We provide a Primary Care Service 24/7, a Mental Health service and Substance Misuse service over 7 days a week.

Its the variety of this role which will provide a stimulating experience like no other, one minute you could be delivering a nurse led clinic, the next you may be attending an emergency response.

You will be able to work autonomously whilst always having the support of a strong team when required.

You will be involved in leading and developing nurse- led clinics for health screening, vaccination and immunisation and long term conditions.

Applications are welcome from newly qualified nurses.

Please be advised Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has made the difficult decision to serve notice on its offender health contracts. Over the coming months, we will be working with NHS England on the transition of the services to a new provider. We still need to recruit to these valued positions and welcome your application. But, in line with our values, honesty is important, so please note that if you are successful that in time your employment would move from Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to another provider who would then be your new employer.
