An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to join our Admin Team working within CAMHS MHST based at Highbury Hospital.
MHST is an early intervention wellbeing service aimed at providing support for children young people and families around low-level emotional wellbeing needs, such as anxiety, low mood, managing emotions, and sleep.
We link in directly with Nottinghamshire CAMHS teams and provide 'in school' sessions to promote positive mental health.
This is a part time role of 30 hours based at Highbury Hospital, Bulwell, Nottingham.

Main duties of the job
The main responsibility of the role is to provide administrative support to the team. Duties will include typing letters, room bookings, minute taking, taking calls, booking appointments using the Trust database system and holding electronic diaries. Ideally, you should be flexible to cover other responsibilities to meet the demands of the service.
The post involves speaking to service users, carers and other agencies. You will be expected to be a team player.
Applicants must possess a typing/word processing qualification to at least RSA III/OCR equivalent, educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You will work under the direct supervision of the Admin Team Leader and have the ability to prioritise own work within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this post.
