Job summary
You will be working for the NHS, under the ROE Agreement managed by Aramark.
Responsible for the inputting and collating of data through web based and IT systemsTo administer control systems ensuring all paperwork and reporting is carried out in a timely fashion.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, Senior Co-ordinators and Team Leaders.Respond to all Hotel Services enquiries and promote good customer relations.Maintain catering documentation.Liaise with clients (Trust, PFI), ARAMARK head offices, internal and external customers.
Main duties of the job
Processing of correspondence, orders, data and reports for the Senior Coordinator through Microsoft Office packages, Aratrade, OPX and GFF
Ensure all data is kept up to date and dead lines met, with appropriate documentation.
Minute taking if required for Hotel services
Responsible for ordering when needed
Maintain confidential aspects of the business
Respond to enquiries/telephone calls for the Hotel services team, respond to information requested personally or as directed by the team
Ensure that effective administrative procedures for Hotel services are compatible with the existing systems and are reviewed in conjunction with the General Manager and Senior Coordinators
Maintain an effective information/filing/archiving system relevant to the work of the department
Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date
Undertake training in accordance to Trusts policy
Operate in accordance to Aramark and Trust quality systems
Answer telephones within Hotel services and take messages when required
To attend meetings and training courses as directed by the Senior coordinators
Filing
Compliance with all Trusts policies, procedures and practices and to be responsible for keeping up to date with any changes to these
To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested
