Job summary

Due to the substantive IDD Community Service Manager successfully securing a promotion, there is an opportunity for an experienced, talented, and ambitious individual to undertake the role of Service Manager.

Do you have substantial experience working at Band 7 or above, in a Mental Health or Intellectual Developmental Disability service? Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD) services can offer an opportunity for a substantive Band 8a Service Manager.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills and experience as a strategic manager, leading transformation, through the development of the Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Teams, Community Learning Disability Teams, Acute & Primary Care Liaison Nurses in line with the Learning Disability & Autism agenda. Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be passionate and empowering with admirable communication skills, the ability to enable staff and team leads, whilst being a role model for excellence and continuous improvement. Fundamentally you will ensure that high standards of patient care are delivered
