Job summary

The community eating disorder (ED) service n Nottinghamshire has secured additional funding as part of the development for the physical health monitoring pathway for our Services . This is a great opportunity to join an energetic, growing service with dedicated and expert MDT.

The post holder will lead the physical monitoring pathway across the lifespan of our patient group (children, young people and adults) and will support the MDT in considering the physical health care needs of our patients. The post holder will take a lead role in liaison with primary and secondary care to ensure our patient's physical and medical needs are met. There will be a role in teaching/training team members and others to support service developments.

Main duties of the job

To provide advanced assessment, formulation and practice skills in relation to young people and adults with eating disorders.

You will be a senior clinician and leader in the team working closely alongside MDT colleagues.

You will be experienced and skilled at working with young people and adults in a range of services and be competent to work at an advanced level with an independent caseload.

Experience
