Job summary
The therapy team based at Ruddington Manor are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable occupational therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The team is led by an RMN, and consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners.
Based within the care home of Ruddington Manor, a specially designed facility for people living with dementia and complex health needs, you will provide expertise in dementia care and rehabilitation through assessment, care planning and MDT working to assist in improving clinical outcomes and patient experience.
This is a role that will involve working collaboratively with internal and external colleagues to support the recovery, rehabilitation and discharge of patients to their homes or to social care.
Main duties of the job
This is a varied role which will require flexible and innovative working to offer specialist support to patients with a diagnosis of dementia, cognitive impairment or delirium.
You must have HCPC registration.
