Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our Adult Mental Health (AMH) Inpatient Services. This is a unique and rare opportunity to open up and develop physiotherapy provision in AMH Inpatient Services. The post holder will provide physiotherapy input to inpatient wards based at Highbury Hospital, Nottingham and at our new and exciting soon to open development, Sherwood Oaks Hospital in Mansfield.
AMH is a major provider of mental health services to working age adults in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. It delivers a range of Community and In-patient based assessment and treatment for people aged 18-65 experiencing mental health needs. We strive to be leaders in specialist mental health care and treatment, working in close partnership with the Trust Involvement Team to ensure that all service users are valued, listened to and receive high quality personalised care.

Scope to use your transferable skills to provide assessments and interventions in relation to:
- Falls
- Mobility and transfers
- Specialist assessments including musculoskeletal, neuro, respiratory, pain
- Promoting physical activity
- Use of relaxation techniques and massage
