A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical or a Forensic psychologist to work 5 days a week (but this can be flexible) on a fixed term contract with us at Clayfields House. Clayfields House is a 20 bedded secure children's home situated in Stapleford Nottingham. This is a great way to get into young peoples mental health services.
The role is fast paced and challenging and requires the team to provide care to young people who have offended or are at risk. We provide successful and effective delivery of mental health and physical care to young people with complex mental health problems, from the point of entry into Clayfields House to re-entry into the community.

Main duties of the job
As a result of Maternity leave, we have been able to develop an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist wanting to develop their expertise and experience as a senior clinician within an expanding specialist CAMHS service.
The candidate must be a currently registered Clinical or a Forensic psychologist, have experience working with young people, working and liaising with different agencies, and have relevant experience and skills of assessment and delivering evidence based interventions. A key aspect of this role will be to provide support through supervision and consultation to staff within the team and across other services. The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the service's delivery model.
