We are recruiting an ambitious Clinical Team Leader to join our existing Leadership Team to lead Community Nursing Services across Nottingham North and East.
Applicants will need to demonstrate passion, creativity and deliver a team vision which supports both high quality proactive and responsive care for the people of Nottingham North and East.
Applicants will also demonstrate the ability to embrace the needs of an innovative and fast changing local health economy and provide leadership and day to day support to the community multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a qualified nurse who has a high level of commitment to working collaboratively with services both internal and external to the organisation. The post holder requires significant clinical experience and knowledge to inform and support the clinical care pathways within Community Health Services.
You will be working collaboratively with two existing Clinical Team Leaders to be responsible for the day to day management of the community nursing teams to ensure patients/carers and families receive timely and evidence based services that meet agreed performance targets and national guidance also considering staff wellbeing and service development.
