Job summary
The post holder will provide a high level, efficient, comprehensive and confidential admin support service to the Nottingham City North Team within Adult Mental Health
This role requires an experienced individual who has a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative whilst working in a busy reception.
Main duties of the job
This role will be based at Marlow House, Basford, Nottingham.
The main duties will be to act as first point of contact by meeting and greeting service users, carers and visitors to the team ensuring their needs are met by providing an efficient reception service, signposting and assisting with their needs. As well as providing a professional reception service, the role will involve receiving incoming calls and providing an efficient and confidential messaging service.
