Job summary

Are you looking for a new challenge during lockdown? Are you technically savvy, comfortable in using the full range of online meeting room/event functions and interested in supporting a newly refined online training programme?

ImROC has a long-established reputation in supporting communities, organisations, teams and individuals with training, consultancy, coaching and cofacilitating complex meetings and events. Since March 2020, in response to Covid-19, ImROC has refined its training offer to bring a full suite of training online through Zoom and Microsoft Teams. We have recently been awarded a training contract to delivery online peer training across England in addition to our existing busy work programme.

Main duties of the job

This role is ideally suited to someone who is confident and highly skilled in working with Zooms and Microsoft Teams to support a busy training team. Working remotely, the range of administrative and technical support would cover each inspiring training module from registration, through delivery to evaluation using online platforms.

The training sessions are codelivered by two trainers to a cohort of up to 20 students. Each module is a blended learning programme of group discussion, smaller breakout activities, visual learning through short films and teaching using powerpoints slides and resources. In advance of each module the registered students received a handbook, materials and exercises to complete before joining each half day module then, following each module, a summary of necessary points, reflective exercises and feedback.

About us

ImROC works in partnerships to develop services, systems and communities that support recovery and wellbeing for all. We have been leading the way in recovery-oriented service and practice improvement since 2011. Originally ImROC was established on behalf of the Department of Health to champion its Supporting Recovery initiative, through a collaboration between the Centre for Mental Health and the NHS Confederations Mental Health Network. ImROC now operates as a quasi-independent organization hosted by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
